The In-Line mini bottle filler and cap tightener system utilize advanced technology and people-friendly controls to provide a simple and cost-effective method for container handling, filling, and cap torqueing.
Single head automatic In-Line Corker sorts and applies T-top Corks into bottles nominal speeds of 30-40 containers per minute (higher speeds are on units using indexing side belts).
The machine will automatically sort and feed corks from a bulk hopper (where equipped) and deliver them to the escapement and plunge applicator. The applicator press the cork into filled bottles ensuring a repeatable press suitable for tamper evident strips or shrink neck bands. The containers will be automatically indexed and centered under the application station for container to cap alignment and released after the cap has been applied.
Features:
• 304-stainless steel frame construction
• Anodized Aluminum and plastic parts throughout the mechanism
• Stainless steel and plastic cap/cork handling parts
• Easy change over and minimum change over parts
• Floor mounted hopper for easy cap loading
• Positive container indexing and centering
• Hand crank adjustment for different height containers
Single-head automatic chuck screw capper and plastic-top cork applicator system to sort and apply caps and corks to rigid containers at nominal speeds of 30-40 containers per minute.
Containers enter the filling area in groups. When the last container in the group passes the mounted counting sensor, a pneumatic gate will engage and prevent other containers from interfering in the filling process.
Based on a fill-to-level principle, the Model GO-8 Gravity Overflow Filler delivers a quantity of flowable liquid into the container until it reaches an adjustable fill height.
The model 1500NW is designed to apply front, back, and neck labels to non-round and round bottles at speeds up to 150 bpm.
The model 1500NR is designed to apply front and back labels to non-round and round bottles at speeds up to 150 bpm.
The Model 1200SP is a fully automatic and self-contained labeler designed to apply one or two body labels to round containers.
The fully automatic 1000VGF Labeler has a PLC interface that easily controls all machine functions. It is designed with two vacuum gates across the conveyor.
The model 1000SS Redundant-head Labeler is a fully automatic labeler designed for high-speed labeling on round bottles without losing downtime for label roll changeovers.
The Model 1000FS Pressure Sensitive Labeler uses feed screw infeed to increase precision spacing, accuracy, and speed.
The Paradigm 700 is a completely new shift from current designs. It can be ordered as one configuration now and easily changed in the future by replacing or adding bolt-on parts.
The Paradigm 700NW is a fully automatic labeling machine capable of applying two body labels and a neck label to round bottles in the standard configuration.
The Paradigm 700NR is a variable speed, fully automatic labeling machine. It can apply labels to non-round containers and with the addition of a wrap, the station can label round containers as well.
The model 680 Pressure Sensitive Case Labeler is a fully automatic labeler especially designed for ease of operation. It comes with a self-teaching label gap sensor that makes the setup uncomplicated and trouble-free.
Based on a fill-to-level principle, the Model OF Pressure Overflow Filler delivers a quantity of flowable liquid into the container until it reaches an adjustable fill height.
This option provides the best code clarity and allows not only text or numbers, but also logos and barcodes to be applied to the label. Our Thermal Transfer Coder uses ribbon and has a 2″ by 2″ area that can be utilized.
Over the last few years, a new style of Ink Jet Coder has hit the market. Based on the popular HP technology, the ink is applied from a cartridge rather than an ink reservoir. The design allows for a very inexpensive code.
Hot stamp coding is the oldest and most prevalent method of applying a code to a label, originating in the pharmaceutical industry. Brass type is loaded into the type holder, which heats up.
Are your production line bottlenecks a problem? Need additional in-line storage capacity? These high-quality accumulation tables are constructed from the same aircraft-grade aluminum and stainless steel used in our popular line of labeling machines.
The RSC Rinser is an economical and easy way to rinse or air clean bottles prior to filling. The Rinser is situated before the Filler and is intended to run automatically, feeding the Filler a supply of clean bottles.RSC Rinser
Incoming round containers are spaced using a single-powered feed screw. Non-round containers require dual-feed screws. The conveyor is driven by a variable-speed motor.
